- First thing you want to do is get a lot of speed into the wave and pop it like you’re gonna do an air, but you get as much pop as you can and do a shuv.
- When you pop off the wave, you want to bring your knees to your chest. Don’t bring your body down toward the board.
- Grab the middle toe-side of the board and bring it around just like a shuv.
- Land with your knees bent… nice and smooth.
